WHEREAS, Barbara Kirkland is retiring from the Clark County School District after 11 years of dedicated service to the students, staff and administration of the Area Technical Trade Center (ATTC); and

WHEREAS, Barbara Kirkland has served as a Student Council Advisor at the Area Technical Trade Center (ATTC); and

WHEREAS, Barbara Kirkland has served as a Customer Service Technology SkillsUSA advisor as well as the ATTC SkillsUSA lead advisor for several years; and

WHEREAS, Barbara Kirkland had one of her students win a Gold Medal at the National SkillsUSA Competition in Kansas City, Missouri; and

WHEREAS, Barbara Kirkland has been the recipient of numerous Awards of Appreciation; and

WHEREAS, the State of Nevada honors Barbara Kirkland for her 11 years of dedication and admirable service, and wishes her a blissful and fulfilling retirement;
