WHEREAS, Frances Pearson who has served the Silver State with distinction for over 13 years, serving and protecting both children and parents within the Division of Welfare and Supportive services; and

WHEREAS, Frances Pearson began state service in March 1996 and has dutifully, professionally and ethically performed her duties as a Family Service Specialist; and

WHEREAS, Frances Pearson has earned the respect of her colleagues for her ability and commitment to the Welfare Division and Child Support Division and there’s goals by her understanding and compassion for its clientele; and

WHEREAS, Frances Pearson has demonstrated professionalism, patience, and dependability in her work and earning respect from her colleagues, I would like to thank and commend her for her years of services and extend our best wishes for a healthy, happy and fulfilling retirement;
